Sean McGinley

“I live here because of a quality of life like none other.”

Born in an old stone house in rural New Jersey, Sean grew up on the Western Slope of Colorado.  He has over 18 years in building and a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado. Sean’s proudest moments were when his children were born by his amazing wife of 17 years! The McGinley morning routine is up by 6:00am to get the kids going, making lunches and breakfast and some time with Gaucho, their border collie. Away from the office, the whole family enjoys adventures in the Colorado mountains - but the caribbean waters would be a close second for vacations to Great Exuma, Bahamas.  Sean is a member of USGBC, Vail Mountain Rescue, a Board Member of Friends of Mountain Rescue and proud Cub Master for the Cub Scouts Pack 229.

Ingrid McGinley

“I live here because I love the natural beauty & having outdoor recreation over the door's threshold.”

A Vail native, with family roots in Michigan and educational endeavours to the University of Colorado, Boulder and the University of Uppsala, Sweden.  Ingrid has a degree in Biology and taught high school science before following the family footsteps in building 14 years ago.  Her proudest moments are becoming a mama three times.  Although she loves the idea of sleeping in, her morning routine is waking up to NPR and getting the rest of the house going.  When away from the office she is skiing powder, going on hut trips, camping, or mountain biking; really any outdoor adventure with her family.  Like Sean, her favorite vacation spot is Great Exuma, Bahamas - she calls it paradise on Earth and loves exploring the coral reefs with her kids.  Ingrid is on the School Board for Stone Creek Charter School and a Certified Ski Instructor.
